About
Greetings.
My name is Brian Purkiss.
Trip Over Nothing is my simple exploration of life.
You see, I have a talent for making a complete fool of myself in the worst places at the worst times - just like tripping over nothing.
I also have a tendency for getting lost.
This blog is my pathetic attempt to try and make sense of it all, learn from my mistakes, and find my path.
From day-to-day living, to morals, to money and time management - I’ll probably end up covering it.
Come join me as I stumble through this irritatingly complex and wonderful thing called life.
Keeping up with this project is easy, simply subscribe to my RSS feed via your favorite web browser, your favorite feed aggrigator

About Brian
As you should have learned by now, my name is Brian Purkiss.
I am a designer, writer, consultant, and Christian.
My passion lies in design. I design web sites using valid CSS and XHTML, logos, and print work. I also enjoy writing and do so here as well as on my design blog, plainbeta. Through plainbeta I seek to share my knowledge of design and rub my passion for good design off onto others. Again, stemming off that passion, I am for hire as a design and web consultant.
I am currently 18 years old an will be embarking off to Abilene Christian University this August. Though I am currently ‘Undecided,’ I am considering a degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, and Information Systems.
Apart from being a web geek and a devout Christian, I don’t differ from the average teenage mould. I enjoy hanging with friends, listening to music, and simply goofing off. Hobbies of mine (other than designing) include Free Running (often called Parkour), thinking, and just about anything else that keeps me active.
